We are a trusted supplier of pest control products within the UK; we understand the importance of providing a fast and reliable service for dispatch and delivery.
All products unless expressly stated within the listing are in stock; the only exceptions are UV fly units as they are shipped directly from the manufacturer.
Once an order is placed we aim to dispatch the same day if received before 3 pm; we operate from our Newhaven warehouse in East Sussex and dispatch working days only. We do not work public holidays including bank holidays, Christmas Day or Easter weekend.

Our primary charge is £2.99 for shipments up to £49.99 inc.Vat
Free shipping is offered for orders over £50 inc.Vat
We ship the majority of our products using a Royal Mail tracked 48 hour service; we have found that this is a reliable and competitive service for shipments throughout the UK.
Products that cannot be sent through Royal Mail are sent using a Tracked 48-72 hour Parcelforce or UPS; this includes aerosols and paints. No additional surchage is applicable
We offer a premium courier upgrade service with a next-day 24 hour service with Parcelforce for £5.99.

Due to Brexit we do not currently offer an international shipping service.
