We understand the importance of operating a fast and reliable service; our principal operations are within Newhaven, East Sussex. We employ a well-managed team to dispatch orders once received; we aim to dispatch all orders on the same day of the order subject to a 3pm cutoff (we do try to dispatch later when possible but we have limitations on courier collections).
All stock unless specifically mentioned is held within our units; we do not use drop-shippers except for a very select range of products, mainly specific UV fly zappers. Stock listings are automatically adjusted throughout the day.
We do not operate on public holidays; this includes bank holidays, Christmas day and the Easter weekend. We do operate a basic service throughout the Christmas week, but we do have time restrictions from our couriers; this varies but is usually 12pm).
