Our range of supplies include treatment sprays for fleas to proofing nets for birds; our site offers a range of products from control to prevention. We are a UK based company with the aim to provide only quality products that are sourced locally with minimal environmental impact and waste. The majority of products sold are manufactured in the UK or EU.
Based in the UK we are a family run operation with significant experience within the UK pest control industry. The business was initially founded in 2002 with knowledge predating this to 1996; Craig the founder of the business has considerable knowledge of all aspects of pest and vermin control and has worked on a wide range of pest control treatments from removal of stubborn bed bugs in a private flat to preventing pigeons from accessing ledges on a major hotel in London.
We understand the importance of reciving your order promptly; especially if you have small critters running around your property! For this reason we are carful who we ship our orders with; whist cheaper we avoid the discount delivery firms as they do have a good track record for the safe shipments of pest control products.
The majority of our shipments are undertaken by Royal Mail Tracked 48 as this is a service that has a high record of customer satisfaction and most likely to keep within their specified shipment times – we have a direct daily collection which often exceeds their specified timings.
Alternatively we use Parcelforce again as they have proved to be an extremely reliable service. A premium 24 service is also available; however this is subject to a surcharge for specific products such as aerosol and products deemed hazardous.
We have a free collection service from our warehouse in East Sussex; prior arrangement should be arranged.
Our warehouse is open Monday to Friday between the hours of 10am-4pm. Excluding public holidays.
